This little man already has me cracking up! His 22 month old mind is quick and witty and I don't want to forget....so here are a few quotable thoughts as of the last couple of weeks.
On the walk pictured above we heard some birds in the bushes. Mason said "mom scarwy run" so we ran for a bit then he stopped and said "bones mom." Solidifying that we safely managed to get away from the scary birds.
Sunday night we were watching the Oscars and the camera panned over the audience..it kind of stopped on Brad Pitt for a minute (with his currently long hair) and Mason yelled "Jesus!"
(that's a good lookin Jesus)
Friday the sun was finally out and blaring directly into Mason's eyes in the car and he yelled "SUN! I like-a the sun"
Sometimes if you ask Mason what he wants to eat he will walk to fridge open it and say "Ummm how about sandwich...mmmm how about soup.....mmmm how about nuggets....mmm how about apple." This goes on until he goes through the list of his favorite foods....with a mmmm how about in front of every one.
His new go to word "Oh gosh"
Often times if he can sense I'm a little stressed or tired (they really have great intuition at this age...they can completely read your body language..it shocks me every time) Mason strapped in his car seat will throw out a "poo poo" or a "ding ding" rather loudly and then laugh afterwards. (those lovely words are brought to you by Sam)
That's my boy...always looking for a laugh or a way to get attention.
I love his 22 month old brain.

look at that little man's hair, he's all grown up! love this stage when they're figuring out talking. life would be a lot funnier if we all just naturally talked like almost 2 yr olds, just sayin!
I cant wait ( well i can, i dont even have an infant yet) but im so excited to hear the funny stuff my little man will say! Kids are so silly! Mason sure is a cutie!
so cute! love the one about him say mmmmmm in front of everything!
Oh my goodness, I really just LOL'd at the "Jesus" comment!
You left out how last night at 3am we woke up to him crying and yelling into our monitor, "movie! movie!"
All because we watched a movie on my iPad before he went to bed...I guess sleep is not as fun as watching Wall-e.
