That's right we are Fair Going People. We love a good Fair. We are like moth's attracted to light...you can't keep us away from it, even if it can be dangerous...for our belly's and our eyes.
Every YEAR...yes that's right every year of our almost 7 years of marriage we have gone to the Fair. Are we carnies? Possibly. But do we love it? Hells to the yes.
What is there not to love?! The fried food, BBQ, completely dangerous rides that I sent my 2 year old on, over priced games, hillbilly-ing at it's finest, fat animals, and well let's be honest the BEST people watching on God's green earth. It brings out the best of the best, and people dress their best for the Fair.
It's priceless really.
So like all the years past, we had a blast. Stuffed our faces, went on rides, and walked past the "World's Greatest Freak Show" where we almost paid $3 a person to see. It was the mermaid and the two headed pig that were really reeling us in. I kinda wish we would have gone now.
Good thing there is always next year.
