This is how we picnic (in this fabulous fall weather...I've never loved a temperature more).
We match our mocs to the blanket
and we get take-out.

My sweet mom joined me on this CRAZY afternoon to save my sanity. I was about to place my darling little two your old for sale, to the lowest bidder, it was that bad.
I some how woke up and it was opposite day. Everything he "said" he wanted I would give to him and then he wouldn't want it, so then I wouldn't give it to him, but then he wanted it. This went on ALL DAY.
So what do you do.
Send the child to the park so you don't have to talk to him for at least an hour.

oh plates and palates how i need you so badly! hehe. sorry about the rough day...totally normal, and you are a great mom...plus somedays i would give up certain kids not even to the lowest bidder but for free.
Glad I'm not the only one! I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and was going crazy with the lack of sleep. Luckily little boys are so cute!
